The NISA Annual Study Day is being held in the Hilton Templepatrick on Friday 17th October 2025.

The programme includes:

• “Pearls, Pitfalls, and Paolo Maldini” (Dr James Quinn)

• Anaesthetic Allergy Clinic (Dr Anne McClelland)

• HEMS (Dr Karen Goddard)

• Opportunities within College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland (CAI) (Prof Donal Buggy, President CAI)

• Active research and how to get involved in research in Northern Ireland (Dr Ciara O’Donnell)

• The use of AI in the theatre environment (Prof Michaela Black, Ulster University AI Collaborative)

• Understanding people in high-consequence performance environments (Dr Darren Devaney, Lead Performance Psychologist Ulster Rugby)

Registration is now open! The registration rate is £175 (Consultants/SAS) and £100 (Residents).

A number of places for medical students to attend was available, but these are all filled.
